Group Half Marathon Training:     Bristol 2008, 14th September
The Bristol Half Marathon is in September and I will be putting on group training for this event between now and the Race Day every Sunday morning. This is your chance to get involved, there is a walking group and a running group, so no matter what your current ability you will be able to fit in somewhere!

Our next Session will be on Sunday 24th August. The location of the training will vary each week so make sure you know where we are before you travel! To receive regular updates about where we are training each week simply use the Contact Me page leaving your Email Address and I'll add you to my mailing list. Each week we will be starting at 9am and meeting at at 8.45am. There will be various groups aiming to run and walk various distances, if you're interested in coming please contact me to discuss which of these would best suit you.

Everyone who attends will receive their Free Half Marathon Training Guide to help them through the months ahead. This is an open invitation for anyone who is interested in improving their fitness levels, through a combination of walking and running. Should you be interested to join us for such training, or if you have friends or family that are interested then they are also welcome to join us on our group training day.

To all Current Regular Personal Training Clients of mine, the Sunday training is free of charge, for non-clients there will be a £3 fee per session, and you will need to meet certain health requirements before commencing any physical activity. Free water will be available on the day or you can bring your own refreshments should you wish. Suitable clothing and footwear is essential for these training sessions.
