Group Half Marathon Training: Bristol - Sunday September 11th 2011

In the Summer of 2011 I will again be putting on group training for The Bristol
Half Marathon for the 11 Sundays leading up to this event in September starting
on Sunday 26th June (the week after the Oldbury Fun Run). Every week we will be meeting
at 8.45am ready to run/walk for 9am. There will be mixed abilities of various age groups
and there is no set amount you 'have' to do. Even if you don't want to run the Half
Marathon you can still come along and use the sessions as a bit of training.

Everyone who attends will receive their Free Half Marathon Training Guide to help them through
the months ahead. This is an open invitation for anyone who is interested in improving their fitness levels,
through a combination of walking and running. Should you be interested to join us for such training,
or if you have friends or family that are interested then they are also welcome to join us on
our group training day.

To all Current Regular Personal Training Clients of mine, the Sunday training is free of charge,
for non-clients there will be a £3 fee per session, and you will need to meet certain health
requirements before commencing any physical activity. Free water will be available on the day or
you can bring your own refreshments should you wish.
Suitable clothing and footwear is essential for these training sessions.
