| First you need to decide which Membership Package suits you. If you are unsure you can contact any of our Trainers to discuss which one would benefit you the most. If you can't see a Package that suits you; feel free to contact us to discuss what else might work for you. |
| Do I need to be a member of the gym for Personal Training Sessions? | |

Personal Training clients are entitled to a full-access gym membership for £20 per month. This allows you to use the gym alongside seeing your Trainer and gives you every opportunity to do some homework to maximise your progress. You don't have to use the gym without your Trainer but the £20 monthly cost will still apply if you want your sessions to take place at the gym. Sessions at your home or outside will not require you to pay any gym membership fees. If you have any further questions about this aspect of the package they can be addressed during your Initial Consultation. |
| How long is each Personal Training Session? | |

The prices above are for one hour sessions inclusive of administration. Longer sessions are available if desired. |
| When can I train? | |
|
|
We aim to be available to suit you. Generally anytime between 7am - 9pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekend days can also be made available to suit you. |
| What happens if I need to cancel a session or can't fulfill my weekly commitment? | |
|
|
You have the length of your membership term to fit in all your sessions. Less than 8 hours notice for cancelling your session will result in you losing that session. You can carry-over sessions that are missed from each week for any reason. If you get to the end of your membership term and you haven't taken all your sessions, you can carry them over into a new membership term of any length. Enabling you to keep all the sessions that you have paid for without penalty for missing them. We aim to be as flexible as possible to help you fit in all your sessions. |
| Will I have to share my session with anyone else? | |

Each session is a one-on-one Personal Training Session with your Trainer alone, unless you join up for the 'Train With a Friend' Membership or unless you decide to join one of our Boot Camps. |
| What if I want extra sessions; am I limited by the Membership Package I'm on? | |
|

You can pay £20 for any additional sessions that you wish to fit in. For example, If you are on a Silver Membership and you wish to fit more than one session in on any given week you can pay-as-you-go £20 per session. |
| Will I have to pay everything in one go? | |
|
|
You can pay off the total in advance if you wish or you can make your payments in installments spread out over your membership term in the form of post-dated cheques or by standing order. |
