I have always been an active person and I take part in many sports. It is my aim to pass my enthusiasm for maintaining a healthy lifestyle onto those who want to improve themselves. It is my aim to make you feel competent and confident with exercising and making it an important part of your life, I will aim to motivate you to WANT to achieve your best. It doesn't matter if you are a complete novice, I will enable you to exercise at a level that suits you and is realistic as well as challenging. It's not all about pounding away on one machine or the other; it's about YOU and your goals. I also take an outdoor running group through the summer and also an outdoor Boot Camp group at regular times through the year. If this interests you, don't hesitate to ask. |

With over 10 years in the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer in Bristol and Thornbury, I have helped literally hundreds of people lose weight, tone up, review their diet and eating habits and feel great about themselves. However, I am a firm believer that you get out what you put in when it comes to your health so please don't expect me to do all the work for you! My personal training knowledge level is not only based on my experience in the fitness industry and as a Personal Trainer but is underpinned by an honours degree in Sports Science, a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Science, Fitness Instructor Awards from the BDFPA and BAWLA, and a Diploma in Sports Psychology. If you're looking for weight management, want to improve your fitness, are concerned about your blood pressure or other health issue, or just want a little weight loss and someone to review your nutrition, I can help. |
